"Beethoven (Waldstein Sonata)-Some very interesting ideas here with regard to timing, texture and balance. Superb virtuosity and a good tone throughout.Liszt (Campanella)-Fantastic. It was really amazing. And how you played so softly and so delicately with such wonderful quality of sound was great. Some lovely sounds and textures as well as admirable technical control and there are some very well controlled quiet playing. A hugely impressive account, with a good deal of musical imagination too-very well done.Chopin (Etude op.25 no.12)-A creative and imaginative account of this with many unexpected colors and voicings, which was really admirable. I must say I’ve heard this piece thousands and thousands of times and I don’t think I’ve ever heard it played so good. It was really fascinating. I heard things I had never heard before, lots of different voices, so that was an absolutely special performance. All technical challenges were easily conquered. A marvelous recital. A very interesting and creative talent here. Thank you so much."

"An authorative opening with a bright tone. Some lovely colours produced in the softer playing with a sense of musical shape and dissection too. You are well aware of the ensemble and fully aware of the orchestral parts. You can produce a big sound with ease. A lovely turn of colour. Considerable authority (both technical and musical) in your playing. Very well done, so much to enjoy. An effective and polished stage presence too."
